Initially my vision fallaciously, sure deceived me to believe

This fine chocolate brother who seemed focused was too much for me
Who was
Tall dark and handsome with diction spoken sincerely sweet
Who had
Suits and ties that were crisp and clean; his pants seamed perfectly
Who had
My cognitions going crazy; wondering if he could be the one for me
He got me
Gathering inquiries daily; questioning if he's a freak

As intimidated as he made me, I wanted him-still yearn for him incessantly
Glad to have known his name- My baby. Mr. Wonderful; given alias Wall Street

...... but he wasn't
Focused, fly or feverishly fine
or such is what he believed
Thought he was a regular nigga, a nobody
or such is what he perceived

At first I thought he was frontin' jus tryin' to feed me fine lines of deceit
Eventually time showed he wasn't and that hurt me oh so deeply
My intimidation was intimidated and hence he stayed away from me
But our vibe was captivating which made our separation make believe
Indeed our realities were crazy and that was a reality
And as open as he made, because of them, I had to leave
But I write this for My baby. Mr. Wonderful; given alias Wall Street
My Initial visions weren't fallacious or crazy
